Senior Executive | Corporate Training

Job Description

As part of our commitment to nurturing continuous learning and talent growth, ViTrox College is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Senior Executive, Corporate Training to join our team. This role is responsible for managing corporate training operations, coordinating customer and partner engagements, and leading strategic projects related to upskilling, development, and talent management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key administrator for corporate training programs, including handling HRDF applications, coordinating sessions, managing logistics, and maintaining training databases.

  • Lead and coordinate special projects with external collaborators, including government agencies, industry associations, and educational partners, to develop talent and capabilities.

  • Support internal training & development and talent management projects, including programs like Individual Development Plans (IDP), Leadership Development, Career Growth, and Succession Planning.

  • Assist in company-wide training-related activities such as onboarding, knowledge management, mentoring, and continuous learning initiatives.

  • Provide internal support for events, act as a trainer resource, and promote ViTrox’s culture of continuous improvement and learning.

  • Supervise and guide junior executives, ensuring that project timelines, stakeholder communications, and deliverables are effectively managed.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Social Science, Psychology, Business Administration, Technology/Operations Management, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 3–5 years in HR, training & development, or organisational development; experience with talent management and learning initiatives is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with HRDF processes, adult learning principles, and learning management systems (LMS).

  • Certifications such as Train-the-Trainer or Mentoring/Coaching are advantageous.

TVET Lab Technician

Job Description

Supporting teaching and learning of TVET programs by overseeing the daily operations of laboratory facilities. This includes the preparation and maintenance of lab equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing inventory and procurement of laboratory supplies, and coordinating with academic staff to facilitate practical sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage laboratory setup and preparation to ensure smooth and effective practical sessions

  • Oversee inspection, calibration, maintenance, and repair of laboratory equipment

  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment servicing and upgrades

  • Manage laboratory inventory, consumables, and procurement processes

  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and laboratory regulations

  • Support students and academic staff during lab sessions with technical guidance

  • Maintain accurate records for experiments, equipment usage, and laboratory documentation

  • Oversee instrument calibration and quality assurance across lab procedures

  • Supervise proper handling and disposal of hazardous waste

  • Conduct experimental demonstrations and equipment training

  • Manage laboratory assets, preventive maintenance, and equipment lifecycle planning

  • Provide training and mentorship to staff, interns, and students

  • Develop and update laboratory manuals, SOPs, and safety guidelines

  • Ensure compliance with institutional quality and regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with academic and technical teams to enhance laboratory modules and innovation

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Computing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.

  • Knowledge of lab equipment, instruments, and techniques, including calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Understanding of lab safety protocols, hazardous waste handling, and regulatory compliance.

  • Ability to perform precise measurements, conduct experiments, and analyze data with attention to detail.

  • Competence in inventory management, record keeping, and preparation of experimental materials.
