With landslides being commonplace in recent years, we devised LANDMOS, a monitoring system designed to autonomously monitor, predict, and alert emergency services of landslides with reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness as its core focus. Lives can be saved, and infrastructure damage can be minimized by ensuring emergency services are ready in case of landslides, and autonomous alerts minimizes emergency response times while simultaneously alerting affected residents, giving them precious time to brace for impact.
